We’re excited to announce our Call for Speakers for the Women’s Leadership Conference of Southern Oregon, taking place on May 1, 2026 at Bigham Knoll in Jacksonville.

Our 2026 theme is Lift As You Climb, celebrating how we rise by supporting others. We’re looking for speakers who can inspire and equip our 300+ attendees with actionable strategies, stories, and tools for leadership growth and community impact.

If you would like to present, please include our theme in whatever way feels authentic to your message in your application.

Key details:

All interested parties must submit their information through our official Speaker Application Form. Please be prepared to provide:

• A 2–3-minute video introducing yourself, your topic, key learning points, and why you’re qualified to speak. (You can upload your video to YouTube, WeTransfer, or another free video-sharing platform and place the link in your application.)

• A short, written description of your session, including the title, key takeaways, and how it ties to the conference theme.

• A brief professional bio.

Additional notes:

• Keynote speakers will receive a modest honorarium.

• Keynote sessions are 50 minutes long.

• Lightning Talk speakers participate on a volunteer basis. These short, high-impact sessions are similar to TED Talks — fast, focused, and inspiring.

• Lightning Talks are 12–15 minutes long.

• Applications are due December 31, 2025, and notifications will be sent in January 2026.
