Thank you for your interest in sharing your message with the 350+ attendees of the Women’s Leadership Conference of Southern Oregon on May 1-2, 2025!

Our theme this year is LEVEL UP. We want our audience to leave the conference with a clear path to making concrete changes in their personal and professional lives that will take them to the next level, however they define that. We ask that you include our theme, in whatever way is appropriate to your message, in your application.

Please note:
• We require a two to three-minute video about your presentation in addition to your application. It should include your name, topic, learning points, and why you are qualified to present on this subject. Applications without speaker videos will not be considered.
• Keynote speakers will be paid a modest honorarium. The breakout speaker role is a volunteer one and we are unable to compensate breakout speakers.
• Speakers are expected to attend the entire conference.
• Session times are forty-five minutes in length, with a 15-minute follow-up moderated by a board member to ensure participant learning.
• Sessions should be aligned with the overall conference theme and must offer actionable strategies, tips, and tools.
• Speaker applications will be reviewed by a committee of volunteers. The committee will reach out if it need any additional information.
• The deadline for submitting proposals is December 1, 2024, and we will notify all applicants of their status in early January.
• The conference will be held in Ashland, Oregon on May 1-2, 2025. Exact details TBD.
