Natasha Ickes is a resilience strategist and entrepreneur whose work lives at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and holistic well-being. A four-time TEDx speaker and multi–best-selling author, she is known for creating engaging, human-centered experiences that help individuals and organizations sustain impact without sacrificing themselves in the process. With a foundation in psychology, a Professional Communications Certification from Harvard, and currently completing her master’s degree on the path to becoming a licensed therapist, Natasha blends evidence-based insight with compassion and accessibility. She is the founder of Shear Passion Salon and the Black Healing Network, building community-driven spaces rooted in healing, equity, and care. Her service and leadership—mentoring young women of color and providing free haircuts for the unhoused—have been recognized with a Certificate of Congressional Recognition and the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.
