Annie Jenkins is the executive director of the Downtown Medford Association, where she leads initiatives that strengthen local businesses, activate downtown spaces, and build a vibrant, thriving community. With more than 20 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, travel and tourism, and community development, Annie is known for bringing people together to turn ideas into action.

A certified coach and Dare to Lead™ trained facilitator, Annie believes deeply in servant leadership and the power of collaboration. She works with organizations and leaders to strengthen strategy, communication, and community impact. Annie also serves on the board of the Mt. Ashland Association and has contributed to numerous regional and state initiatives focused on economic vitality and community well-being.
