What a year it has been for WLC! When I look back on everything we accomplished together, I’m reminded of just how powerful this community is when we show up to learn, connect, and support one another.

2024 Highlights

February 27 — Networking Made Easy (Medford)
We launched the year with an energizing event featuring Arin Fugate, who shared her inspiring approach to “Networking with Heart.” Her message set the tone for a year rooted in authenticity and connection.

May 2–3 — Annual Conference: Level Up! (Ashland Hills Hotel)
Our biggest event sold out once again! Two full days of inspiring speakers, powerful workshops, and meaningful networking. The energy was electric—and the memories unforgettable.

May 19 — After-Conference Workshop (Hummingbird Estate)
Led by former conference speaker Cassie Trujillo, this session helped us integrate and reflect on all that we learned during the conference.

July — “No Fuss, Just Us” Networking (Hummingbird Estate)
A relaxed summer gathering filled with laughter, connection, and the joy of showing up for one another.

Fall — WLC Speaker Training Program (Year Two!)
Led by Libby Gill, participants elevated their presence, sharpened their message, and gained confidence in sharing their stories.

October — Negotiation Skills Panel (Phoenix)
Despite the Homecoming Parade festivities outside, our panel delivered powerful insights on advocating for ourselves and negotiating with confidence.

A Peek at Upcoming Programs

January–June — WLC Mentorship Program

Finally, enormous thanks to our generous 2025 sponsors. Sponsorships make up about 30% of our annual revenue and allow us to keep programs accessible. If you’re interested in becoming a 2026 sponsor, please contact Sponsorships Director Katie Baldassar at [email protected].

With gratitude and warm holiday cheer,
