Each year the WLC conference is designed and implemented by our board of directors and a team of volunteers who are instrumental in the planning and execution of high-quality programming to inspire and promote more equitable representation of women leaders in our community. The richness of WLC’s programming is a direct result of the volunteer contributions and conference attendees and we could not do this without you.

We are always looking for dedicated volunteers who are willing to roll up their sleeves and work side-by-side with us. Interested committee members can also set up their own track to join our board.
