Meet the Board

The Women’s Leadership Connection (formerly called the Women’s Leadership Conference) has a core mission of connecting women not only to each other, but also to opportunities for professional advancement. WLC’s offerings include an annual conference, mentorship program, workshops, and a webinar series—all designed to help women advance in their careers and in the community.

With over 35 years of experience in marketing project management across corporate and private sectors, Tammy is a seasoned expert in creative production services, specializing in print and brand development. She has worked with leading design firms, advertising agencies, and corporations throughout the Bay Area, and spent 11 years as a Senior Marketing Production Consultant at Wells Fargo, where she managed print marketing materials for 4,000 branches nationwide, oversaw global direct mail programs, and supported third-party vendor partnerships.

After relocating to the Rogue Valley in 2018 with her family, Tammy quickly became involved with the Women’s Leadership Connection—first as a volunteer on the Logistics and Content Committees, then serving as Conference Director for the past two years, and now proudly as President of the Board. A passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, she has long supported underserved communities, with a deep commitment to women’s empowerment and LGBTQIA+ rights.

Tammy brings strategic insight, strong leadership, and a collaborative spirit to the WLC board. Outside of her volunteer work, she enjoys creating art, hiking with her wife and dogs, traveling and gardening. An avid soccer player in her early years, she can also be found cheering on her favorite teams: Everton, Newcastle, USWNST, and the Portland Thorns.

She discovered all of that and more at Rogue Credit Union, where she is currently the Manager of Strategic Execution. Erika leads a team of business analysts and in her free time can be found belting karaoke in her living room with her family.
