Meet the Board
The Women’s Leadership Connection (formerly called the Women’s Leadership Conference) has a core mission of connecting women not only to each other, but also to opportunities for professional advancement. WLC’s offerings include an annual conference, mentorship program, workshops, and a webinar series—all designed to help women advance in their careers and in the community.
Tammy Ryan, President and Executive Committee
After relocating to the Rogue Valley in 2018 with her family, Tammy quickly became involved with the Women’s Leadership Connection—first as a volunteer on the Logistics and Content Committees, then serving as Conference Director for the past two years, and now proudly as President of the Board. A passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, she has long supported underserved communities, with a deep commitment to women’s empowerment and LGBTQIA+ rights.
Tammy brings strategic insight, strong leadership, and a collaborative spirit to the WLC board. Outside of her volunteer work, she enjoys creating art, hiking with her wife and dogs, traveling and gardening. An avid soccer player in her early years, she can also be found cheering on her favorite teams: Everton, Newcastle, USWNST, and the Portland Thorns.
Andrea Partsafas, Vice President and Executive Committee
She is grateful for the opportunities WLC provides women in our community and is humbled by the chance to give back to the Rogue Valley. Her work and achievements are a product of all the women who have inspired her to embrace leadership.
Theresa Morris, Treasurer and Executive Committee
Community service and volunteerism have always been important to her, as she has demonstrated by being involved in youth programs such as Girl Scouts, SMART Reading, and Junior Achievement. She serves on the RVSHRM board of directors, Jackson County Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee, and the Bear Creek Greenway Joint Powers Committee. Theresa’s first year serving on the WLC Board as Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee was 2023.
Theresa enjoys traveling with her husband and has a hobby business specializing in her favorite form of travel—cruises. She has three grandchildren and enjoys spending as much time as possible with each of them.
