We are just a few days out from our 2024 WLC Conference – Innovate, Advocate, & Accelerate! and we are excited to see you and connect with you!

Just a few notes prior to attending:

Location
Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites, located at 2525 Ashland Street.
This is the hotel to the east of I-5 off Ashland exit 14.

Parking
There is event parking at the hotel (follow the signs), but we encourage carpooling with colleagues, which is both environmentally conscious and friendly.

Time
Thursday, May 2  Pre-Conference Networking Social begins at 5:00pm and will go until 7:00pm in the Stardust Lounge.

Friday, May 3  Conference check-in begins at 7:30am. There will be coffee and tea in the morning with light breakfast options. Opening remarks begin at 8:30am and the keynote kicks off promptly at 8:45am. Our conference and vendor marketplace wraps up at 5:00pm.

Lunch
Buffet style lunch will include vegetarian and gluten-free options and accommodations for food allergies. Aside from the reserved tables, there are no assigned seats, so feel free to sit where you’d like.

Dress
Bright and bold business attire is encouraged. You may want to bring a light jacket or sweater that you can take on/off depending on room temperature.

What to Bring
Something to take notes with and business cards to share! We will also provide blank business cards for those who do not have any.
